The MultiVPN service, located on the Internet at "multivpn.to" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

These rules and conditions apply to all rates and services provided by the Service in the countries where services are offered. Registration and topping up the client's account in the Service's billing system constitute full acceptance of the following rules and conditions.

This agreement governs the relationship between the Service and the client (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"). This offer agreement does not require signing in written form.

Currently, MultiVPN has temporarily suspended its services to citizens of the Russian Federation and individuals located within the Russian Federation due to the need to comply with certain legal and technical requirements.

If you are a citizen of the Russian Federation or are located within the Russian Federation and are already a user of the service, please contact customer support for further information.

The service is working to resolve these restrictions and hopes to restore the availability of services to all users in the near future.

Since the MultiVPN Service is temporarily not available to citizens and residents of the Russian Federation, the cost of the provided services is temporarily indicated in US dollars and may not be displayed on the service's website in rubles.

Currently, the MultiVPN Service provides services exclusively to individuals. The service does not cater to legal entities or organizations.

If it is discovered that the Service's services are being used by a legal entity or organization, the Service reserves the right to immediately terminate the provision of services to that client without a refund.

MultiVPN Service reserves the right to change this restriction and begin providing services to legal entities in the future.

Information about the removal of this restriction and changes to the terms will be published on the Service's website and will take effect from the moment of publication.

The MultiVPN service provides Virtual Private Network (VPN) services, which is a technology that ensures secure connections over the existing Internet network.

The MultiVPN service does not provide physical access to the Internet. The service does not create or manage physical communication networks, but ensures secure access through virtual channels based on leased servers.

1.1 The Client registers in the Service's billing system at https://my.multivpn.to. All fields to be filled in during registration are mandatory.

1.2 The email address used for registration should not contain information that may constitute personal data or clearly identify a person (e.g., full name, date of birth, company name, position, etc.). Examples of undesirable addresses: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected].

1.3 The Service reserves the right to verify the provided email addresses and require clients to change them in accordance with the above requirements.

2.1 All services are provided solely on a 100% prepayment basis.

2.2 Payment can be made using available methods chosen by the client.

2.3 To make a manual payment, the client must contact a service employee and arrange the payment.

2.4 Intermediary and payment system fees may be added to the payment.

3.1 Due to the specificity of the VPN service business (anonymity, privacy and security), all payments for this VPN service are irrevocable.

3.2 MultiVPN does not refund funds to its customers. You must understand this and agree to this condition.

3.3 If you want to be sure that this service is right for you, use the TrialVPN subscription and make a final conclusion.

4.1 The MultiVPN service does not have a refund procedure.

4.2 In accordance with rule 3 of the service (update of the rules from September 1, 2021) - refunds received in favor of the MultiVPN service are not carried out under any circumstances.

5.1 Resale of the service without the consent of the service employee is prohibited.

5.2 The client is provided with access to the VPN service network and the client bears all responsibility associated with this.

5.3 The client is obliged to monitor the compliance of all posted materials (including links to them) using the VPN service network, and be responsible for compliance with copyright and related rights laws and applicable laws (depending on the country where the VPN server is used).

5.4 The client is entirely responsible for his public statements and actions against the service. In case of unprovability of any claims and / or accusations, the service reserves the right to go to court.

5.5 The client has the right to use the VPN service network for any purpose, except for those contrary to the laws of the country where the VPN server used by the client is located, the laws on copyright and related rights, as well as ethical and moral standards.

6.1 Using a VPN service network - it is prohibited to post adult content (pornography), including links to it, erotica, including links to it, advertisements containing erotic and pornographic scenes.

6.2 It is forbidden to post information, software that contradicts the laws of the country where the VPN server is used, copyright and related rights laws, as well as violating generally accepted standards of morality and ethics.

6.3 It is forbidden to use and place software for mass mailing, message submitters, botnets, grabbing, phishing, and other purposes that clearly contradict legal work on the Internet.

6.4 It is prohibited to use and place network scanners, proxy-checkers, brute-forcers and similar software.

6.5 Links to software and content, etc., which is unlicensed. In addition, these actions are punishable, as legally considered complicity in the violation of intellectual property rights.

7.1 The services of the service are provided "as is", the service reserves the right to revise the rules for the provision of services, including the pricing policy and characteristics of tariffs at any time, without prior notice and unilaterally. New rules come into effect from the time of publication on the service website.

7.2 The Service undertakes to maintain the VPN network in working order, to eliminate all faults as soon as possible.

7.3 The Service undertakes to maintain current prices, at the level of the average market and below.

7.4 The service does not guarantee 100% VPN network uptime.

7.5 The Service is not responsible for inadvertent disclosure of confidential or other information, as well as cases of fraud by third parties, deliberate obstruction of the service, theft and damage of client information.

7.6 The Service is not responsible for the inability to access the VPN network of the service due to the fault of third parties (for example, Internet providers).

7.7 The Service reserves the right to stop the VPN network servers for: scheduled maintenance, due to DDoS or other network attacks, other force majeure circumstances.

7.8 The Service, due to its capabilities and desires, provides support in Russian and English. The response time to a support request is not guaranteed or limited.

7.9 The Service is not responsible for the operation of third-party software on the client's equipment, including software obtained on the service website.

8.1 Unauthorized distribution or copying of software protected by copyright, violation of the laws of the country where the VPN server is located, other international norms and agreements, fraud, trafficking in pornographic / erotic materials, drugs, and other illegal activities.

8.2 Mass mailings for which no explicit consent was given - SPAM.

8.3 Libel, distribution of personal information, violation of copyright and related rights, intellectual rights.

8.4 Distribution of adult content, in all its manifestations, including links to other sites, erotica.

8.5 Violation of the rights of privacy and property. Placing slanderous and abusive information, aiding and abetting ethnic hatred, murder, terrorism, violence in any form.

8.6 In case of hindering the normal and stable operation of the VPN network, servers, the general operation of the service.

8.7 Incorrect communication with a service employee, including the use of profanity, dissemination of libelous information about the service.

9.1 For the choice by the client of the operating system, software, hardware used and the consequences that this may entail.

9.2 For any kind of direct and indirect damage, loss of information, business reputation and other cases of damage.

10.1 Prohibited categories of IP addresses (IP addresses connecting to MultiVPN servers):

VPN. Embedding one VPN tunnel into another (including VPN MultiVPN and third-party services).

Proxy. Using any proxy and socks servers (private and public) to hide the IP address.

Tor. Using the Tor network to anonymize before MultiVPN servers.

Relay. Using software to hide infrastructure (web servers, mail servers, databases, etc.) creating high load.

Hosting. Hiding the hosting address, dedicated/virtual server behind the MultiVPN server.

10.2 Allowed categories of IP addresses (IP addresses connecting to MultiVPN servers):

ISP. Connecting to the Internet through a home provider.

Mobile. Connection via a mobile operator (SIM card).

WiFi. Connecting to public WiFi networks (cafes, friends, neighbors, etc.) provided legal access.

10.3 Measures for violating the rules:

First violation:

Warning: Issuing a warning through a ticket on the service website.

Subscription cancellation: Deactivating the VPN subscription in the client's account.

Subscription restoration:

Agreement: Upon confirmation of agreement with the rules through a ticket, the client's subscription will be restored.

Billing note: The service's billing will record the rule violation.

Repeated violation:

Subscription deactivation: Permanent deactivation of VPN subscription without the possibility of restoration.

10.4 Additional measures for serious violations:

For violation of this rule, accompanied by simultaneous significant traffic consumption (more than 50 GB per day), significant load on the VPN server processor, as well as receiving any complaints from the VPN server hosting, the subscription will be deactivated immediately without the possibility of reinstatement without warning.

1. Email address (E-Mail), for the provision of services and correspondence with customers.

2. Information about payments for the provision of services.

3. On the service website: information about HTTP requests and visitor IP addresses is stored for no more than 24 hours for protection against attacks such as DDoS, BrutForce, and others.

4. On the service's VPN servers: information about the user's VPN IP address, their login, connection time, and chosen VPN connection chain is not collected or stored.

E-mail addresses are used for: 1. Logging on to a customer account. 2. For authorization on VPN servers. 3. Payment Confirmation Notice. 4. Reminder of payment. 5. Important notices. 6. Password recovery. 7. Providing technical support.

Payment information is used for: 1. Processing customer orders (new order, renewal, cancellation). 2. Checking payment on fraud.

Service not store credit card information or process payments directly.
Payments are made by third-party payment services.
Third-party payment services may have their own privacy policy.
Third-party services: payment / online chat / DNS provider / Anti-DDoS website filter, etc. can collect the IP addresses of site visitors, keep this in mind.
Service not use analytics tools: Google Analytics / Yandex.Metrica.
Service not record or monitor the activities of service customers.

Cookies are used on our website for: 1. Client authorization in the user's account. 2. Processing customer orders. 3. Using affiliate program.

To ensure the security of the collected data, the following is used: 1. Forced TLS protocol (HTTPS connection). 2. Additional measures in the form: HSTS, browser security headers, etc.

The MultiVPN service does not disclose any customer data upon request from third parties.
